After obtaining the GANTRY GATE KEY, climbing down the ladder, and hopefully unlocking the "Parkour!" achievement/trophy, as shown in the previous section, you can finish the level by approaching the wooden doors or continue exploring. To get the last 3 pickups, follow the path away from the wooden doors and head down the stairs.
The iron gate opposite the foot of the stairs leads back to the alley where you found the COURTYARD KEY earlier. If you like, you can open your Inventory and scroll down to Statistics. If you have 16/19 pickups at this point, you don't need to go back. To get the last 3 items, head down the street past a bookstore on the right and builders' scaffolding on the left.
NOTE: If you did miss a pickup, everything should still be accessible. However, if you return to the rooftop and shimmy along the ledge to the gantry gate, Lara will be unable to grab the ladder and climb down. You'll need to safety drop to the ground instead. (screenshot)
At the next corner, turn right. Climb up onto the brown box thingy (maybe an electrical transformer?) on the right.
Jump up to grab the decorative moulding and traverse to the right...
...around the corner and onward until you can pull up onto a small ledge.
Climb the drainpipe and dismount above on the right.
Here you'll find a camera (17), which you can pawn later for euros.
Turn right, walk to the edge, and jump across the street onto the wooden scaffolding.
Drop through the opening to the lower level of the scaffolding.
Commando crawl under the metal bars, pick up another pile of Antique Doubloons (18), and continue crawling through. Hop down to the ground behind the scaffolding.
Then climb the drainpipe, traverse to the left, and pull up onto the ledge with the large health pack (19).
Take the health then safety drop down to the grass.
If you like, you can open your Inventory and scroll down to Statistics to make sure you have everything. When you're ready to move on, approach the wooden doors and open them to finish the level.
DARK MODE: I plan to add optional dark mode for these pages, but my current priority is updating the walkthroughs. Meanwhile, may I suggest a reputable dark mode browser extension, such as Dark Reader? (Download only from trusted sites, like darkreader.org or your browser's web store.)
